1. Rental is only bound by this agreement after receipt of the prepayment instalment.
2. The tenant may not transfer the rented property to third parties for rent or use, nor allow more people to spend the night there than agreed in this contract, unless with the written permission of the lessor.
3. The tenant will occupy the rented property neatly and cleanly, whereby he undertakes to immediately compensate all damage, with the exception of the dangers of fire, caused by his actions to the rented property, the furnishings, household goods or otherwise.
4. We charge € 100 for final cleaning. This is mandatory.
5. Pets may only be brought with you after prior written permission from the landlord.
6. It is not permitted to use appliances for cooking, heating or washing purposes in the rental property other than those installed or installed by the landlord.
7. Upon arrival, the tenant pays € 200 deposit; Upon departure, the tenant will receive this back if everything is in order.
8. The landlord is not liable for theft or damage to the tenant’s property.
9. It is not permitted to place tents, caravans or other camping items near the bungalow or house.
10. Tenant and housemates enter the rented part at their own risk.

1. After your reservation you will receive a confirmation including payment information;
2. Down payment 50% of the travel sum within 14 days after receipt of confirmation;
3. Remaining payment 50% no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date;
4. For bookings where the arrival date falls within a period of 4 weeks after reservation, the full travel sum is due immediately.

You cannot take out cancellation insurance with us.

1. in case of cancellation up to 42 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the travel sum;
2. in case of cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day before the day of arrival: 60% of the travel sum;
3. in case of cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the 7th day before the day of arrival: 75% of the travel sum;
4. in case of cancellation from the 7th day (inclusive) until the last day before arrival, 90% of the travel sum;
5. in case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full travel price.
6. In the event of cancellation, we always refund the prepaid tourist tax and final cleaning.

1. In principle, groups of only young people (age of the entire party under 21 years) cannot rent our holiday villa.
2. For young adults (between 21 and 25 years old) we charge a deposit of €500.

The lessor is entitled to consider this agreement as dissolved if:

1. the full rental amount has not been paid upon arrival;
2. tenant leaves the rented property prematurely;
3. tenant does not comply with the provisions described above. This is at the discretion of the manager there;
4. if the tenant fails to occupy the rented property on the day on which the rental period commences, before midnight, without having been notified in writing, by telephone or by email.
